There are clearly a few legacy issues otherwise Wasabi Energy wouldnt have gone belly up. The recent announcement where they have collected royalties and payments from legacy projects suggests there is still a working relationship with those partners and the new team has identified those old issues and steered the ship around a bit

I thought the ROW opportunity would mainly be using those plants as regional pilot plants to build on but the US/Canada opportunity being persued is much bigger and backed by government incentives to clean up those industries.
