Good work. However, I have just a few comments.
The information on the Sancus Group website is outdated. The page was last updated in January 2012. Since then, KPO have increased their stake in NEA to 75%.
A little history ...
When Wasabi established WNEA (now NEA), the plan was for WNEA to acquire 100% ownership of Newmont Asset Limited, who in turn were to acquire a 50.5% stake in SSNE. Alongside this deal, Lions Bay Capital were planning to acquire Wasabi Energy in order to create a listing for WNEA on the TSX.

The WNEA purchase of Newmont Asset Limited was worth US$16.5m and would be paid via cash and an option for the Newmont shareholders to take shares in Wasabi. The two shareholders of Newmont Asset Limited were Yu Jianmeng and Vision Worldwide Holdings.
On the 31st May, 2013 Wasabi Energy completed the establishment of WNEA who had acquired 100% of Newmont (who had acquired 50.5% ownership of SSNE). The Newmont shareholders agreed to take part payment by way of 288m Wasabi shares. At this point in time, Wasabi owned 67% of WNEA.

After the failed Rights Issue in late 2013, Wasabi went into voluntary administration. Since then, we've seen major structural changes in WAS > ESY > KPO resulting in John Byrne & his associated companies (Twenty Second Yeneb & Arcourt Resources NL), Pan Andean (by way of a loan from Twenty Second Yeneb) and Harringtons (previously Salida Capital) stepping in to provide major financial support. This was done after the huge consolidation of the share registry (860:1). The funds were used to remove significant debt, increase ownership of NEA to 75% and the creation of A&W as licensee of Kalina Cycle Tech in China (among many other things).
Fast forward the post Cap Raise KPO >>
As at 27th March, 2017, Vision Worldwide Holdings own 4,109,330 shares in KPO (1.2%). The number of shares hasn't changed since the 2016 Annual Report T-20, however they have dropped from 8th to 11th due to the inclusion of Ross MacLachlan (9m shares) and other movements.
In the 2016 Annual Report T-20, Yu Jianmeng held 5,308,134 shares (1.74%) in KPO. The 27th March, 2017 listing shows that Yu Jianmeng (via HSBC Custody Nominees) now owns 6,771,742 shares (1.97%) in KPO, meaning an increase of 1,463,608 shares.
So essentially, Yu Jianmeng and Vision Worldwide Holdings (previous owners of Newmont Asset Limited) entered the KPO registry by way of selling Newmont to NEA, who KPO now own a 75% interest in. Talk about a win-win situation for them.
The period between 2014 to late 2016 was one of great change for Wasabi > KPO. Basically the company has shifted its focus from being a diversified clean energy technology investor to a Build Own Operate Kalina Cycle IPP developer to today's strategy of leveraging our 100% owned IP and licensing with EPC contracts.
