Chinese will provide $45m into JV entity once agreed to and the BFS will cost approximately $30m.

The 30% is if JRV contribute to the plan once it gets the go ahead, or 20% if they intend to let the Chinese pay for it all. So JRV either makes another couple placements or accepts a smaller part of the profit.

Say there is no issue with water and the whole project goes ahead.

What will be the return to the shareholder when the company is starting this project with 2.1b shares ?
