    Alcoa contacts were sceduled to be signed upon full commissioning last Nov.
    Full commissioning will happen within 30 days now the last impediment has been overcome.
    IMO expect an announcement soon re international visitors to Moolap. I have heard the place is buzzing for such happenings.
