Closed above a previous resistance today with next resistance .04 then .05 then very little to hold it back till .10 and above that looks like blue sky stuff.
Of course this is just basic charting and fundamentals need to come into play and it's just my opinion but it looks like it will get to .04 and possibly break .05 this year.
I'm not up to speed on the fundamentals TPL just popped up in a volume scan today.
Have to check the fundamentals, have you heard of any deals being done or other fundamental stuff?
