Having lots of land is good but it comes down to whats in that dirt, how deep is it, how far from rail and ports, whats the topography like ect, ect, ect.
How easy is it to get it from a hole in the ground to the consumer?
I dont know much about coal at all, but i suspect I'm about to start learning. ☺
