I would say so Mike.
Let's have a look at this. A coy paying 17c in dividends for a year last year. If that is maintained, the divi yield is enormous at the current SP.
This is a cash flow positive coy, with a decent outlook that has lost about 70% of it's SP value since it's high at the start of the year. It''s valued at a bit over half it's NTA/share. For a coy of this size, in my view that's incredibly good value.
