You have made alot of assumptions in your post that almost claim to be facts.
So:
*The share price will be 3c before news
*The oppies will be 2c before news
*The share price will be 10c on news
*The oppies will be 8c
*News wont be out till at least the end of the week
*A broking firm is accumilating and anyone who sells to them is weak
