Thanks Len-Hun for the explanation - that sounds like a smart strategy. I do the reverse from an FA point of view. if I like the FA, I try to use TA to pick an exhaustion of selling or bottoming, but in my world FA first TA second. I find it allows me to get a better entry price. my TA skills are also restricted to basic stuff like BB ,RSI low volume pull backs etc
