I did a TA on PMM recently at 1.51 using the following indicators
DMI+, DMI-
ADX
Parabolic SAR
MACD
Bollinger Band
Candle Stick
Trend Analysis
RSI
appart from the RSI being in extremes all other indicators to me appeared to favor a buy.
Reason for discounting the RSI was based on the following extract from (Murphy, 1999).
At some point however a price breakout occurs and a new up trend or downtrend begins. By its very nature the oscilater is already in its extreame position just as the breakout is taking place. In such cases the oscilator is best ignored.
Other things that favored PMM as a buy were a recent recommendation from Rifkin to buy at $1.35 and Investorwise to buy at $1.53. Med-Long term I cant see how you could go wrong.... Make up ur own mind and do ur own research....
