Or put another way, perhaps @slick, is that FA is macro and TA is micro. FA is akin to determining the destination, TA is akin to determining how you get there. For example, FA tells me to go from A to B, TA tells me which roads I am most likely to take (and therefore provide me with a better estimate of entry and exit points).
If I am reading you correctly, it certainly IS possible to look at either in isolation, but probably better to look at both together. Correct?
