I wonder how special some people are. They have the largest appraisal of oil in more than a decade. A stock that should be trading 15-20 cents on fair value and a discovery already made and oil spilling to surface already with upside north of 50 cents or as Kit67 puts it on 126 million barrels $3.15 target price . Weird but people trade a pip lol
