That`s an oldie but goody... your stating the bleeding obvious there!.. it impossible that it would be "chart based".. it would be momentum based....we`re just tracking the ebb and flow of this momentum with charts that`s all, trying to pin down where a surge might be.. best place for this is where two time frames are rising in unison...daily and weekly in this case.
