"it's 4 weeks until appraisal starts" that statement is factually incorrect according to the known evidence, you are running into a very dangerous situation because even if you are right down to the exact day (4 weeks), I will call it insider information. The truth is written here in black and white:65651791: 'If "Drilling to commence Q1 2023" means it can be drilled on the 31/03/2023, that is 11 weeks and 1 day away.'
