IMO only the run up in the share price was an IVZ kickback. There's some decent traders there who came back and got a good rally going in MAY. Which is now taking a breather.
Unless there is some really good news in the Jan quarterly update for December quarter 15-20 cents won't be tested until appraisal spud in March / April etc.
I wouldn't put it past Cuba to ramp it because they need to show they are serious about economic reform and energy reform as well.
