$16 sp is about $2.5b mc which is imo about what the sp should be once fully funded given that the npv for the project is $4.5b and production is 18 months ish away.
true value once in production would see a sp of $25-30 based of public figures.
ideal scenario with licensing $$ stream and additional licences and tonnage from future uodated MRE’s would be $30+
ive said $16 as that is my base case for the sp uptick once all financing and pre construction milestones are met
