I agreed Citicorp nominees are holding for at least 4 entities for just keeping under 5% reporting rule.
As least few entities/investors have been loading up SBB. They are not fooled by someone, now, even some doubters are on board as well.
SBB has been consolidating for last few days, it will be ready for taking off soon.
