if the whole registry has been turned over, then every new holder is in some way a believer.

Its a question of what price they have in mind, what valuation.

Traders are happy with 2c profit. But often have short term horizons, so will give way to longer hands.

Whoever Citi is buying for, i bet have a healthy appetite and suitably long perspective.

When those who want to sell at 11,12,13 have left the building, and Citi has vacuumed them up, buyers will no longer get the give away prices we are seeing today.

    PE3 ?
    Bring on PE10, 35c.

I really dont know what is in the minds of those who think PE3.5 is good enough for them to walk with.
Perhaps a profit is a profit, and its as simple as that. Short term perspective, long term perspective.

Well, when they sell 11c, they will no doubt be looking for the next best thing about.
Then again, 11c BUY turns into 35c. They dont have to look too far.
