    im thinking that too.

    even though it hit the lower bollinger band on a TA perspective, there may be little chance of a big rally given the upcoming March 31 report... not many people will risk a long position before then

    May be a traders field day before then though.. might be good for a short term position.. maybe 1 week

    all just ponderings from me... not advice , ive yet to decide whether to jump in here
