DSH had debt issues and the banks would not play ball. Debt will kill you every time. 1PG is a completely different animal. It is cashed up but does need to prove it can live up to earnings expectations. Fortunately time is on their side with all those $$$$ in the bank. Problem with 1PG was that it was wa-a-a-ay ahead of itself in market cap. In my opinion it is now close to fair value. If earnings can start to snowball from here then real organic growth can happen as opposed fluffy unsustainable SP rises based on shareholders wishful thinking.
