Hi Wales, to be honest, I am a little out of the loop with regards to timelines and start dates, especially as estimates have been pushed out due to approval delays...but this is typical and I do not think anything out of the ordinary is going on here. It is just a waiting game as research methodology has been tweaked based on earlier submission and has now been resubmitted.
