I'm Starting to feel unease with the JORC business.

1) If JORC was expected to be good - why did we op'ed for a less favorable CR condition (eg. allocate options for July. 2019)

2) JORC has been 4 month late, something is making management doing extra risk-analysis via independent audit + internal audit

3) Original Intrso Holders are selling out

I feel there is one big fake buyer that is making large buy order at 31, 31.5, 0.32 (700k) will pull the rug once the buy volume gets boosted.
