    I'd say it's more a case of the options getting approved and listed at the meeting on Friday.

    The big players in the CR would have wanted their sweaty mitts on them before a big rise

    In fact I'd be willing to bet the JORC comes Monday or at latest Tuesday/Wed once they all have them in their accounts
