The Borda family have received 27 million for LPI's half of the project and their shares come out of escrow next month. If the court decision goes against MSB they can sit and wait for a takeover offer from SQM or Codelco for the pre-79 tenements for years. They have cashed in on the lithium boom already. On another note it was encouraging to see the cash burn was very low from the last quarter. LPI aren't cowboys taking the shareholders for a ride. Cash plus payments for 50% of MSB is now roughly the market cap.
