Does the chinese regulations impact imports?
If it is deferred a year....wouldn't daigous start stockpiling in a massive way before the the tax changes come in?
Its like hoarding cigarettes before everytime the govt ups the tax on each pack.
I remember telling my boss the best investment he could make is to buy a pallet of cigarettes before govt upped it price. Guaranteed profit albeit end up smoking it all.
