Each to their own indeed. As long as it works for you, it is a good strategy. Over long term, I am talking 20 yrs+, there is no evidence suggesting that day trade outperform buy and hold though. Even when the shorter short, they short typical stock the hell out of it to make good money, they don't go out and short every single stock... do they? think positive...
