TA price target 1.06 A2M, page-45

In all due respect your prediction's seem like blatant downramping to me.

Firstly you title the thread TA price target of 1.06

Then you claim to have completed a DCF which has computed an intrinsic value exactly the same as your  TA price target


"The intrinsic value of a2m is 1.06 cents based on my DCF an shoduld they report any bumps in the road Id expect 70-80 cents in the next year"


And here where it gets bad, at time of posting the follow the SP was @ $1.48



"Its a totally bearish picture i have not bee  able to see a case on valuation the current sp is currently 20  per cent over the intrinsic value"

If the share price was currently trading at 20% over your intrinsic/TA estimated value of 1.06 it would be trading at $1.2720.  Thats quite a glaring mistake.

This makes me question the quality of your DCF analysis. I further question your analysis when it is pretty common knowledge that a DCF model requires 5 to 10 years of estimates, and for the DCF to be used effectively , the target company should generally have stable, positive and predictable free cash flows. I would personally say a2m's FCF is far from predictable, and if this regulatory risk is half as big as you say it is, then the FCF is far from stable.

Then to top it off you go on about never taking a  loos on an a2m trade, which I now find very hard to believe. I don't mean to be a prick and nit-pick on everything your saying, i'd just hate too see a mum & dad/first time investor sell out at a loss because of some crystal ball price target, even more so with earnings around the corner. Either your blatantly downramping or woefully confused,
