Ore is not taking over Gxy. Ore and gxy is to become a new entity. Ore shareholders will have 1 for 1 in the new Co. Gxy will have 1 for .569 in new Co. Reason for this is because gxy has nearly twice as many shares registered.
1 ore = 1 new Co.
1 gxy = 0.569 in new Co.
gxy is not equal to .569 Ore. The sp are trading relatively in tandem. Which pulls the other, you can argue till the cows come home. The 12 months target by institutions are irrelevant as ore and gxy will no longer exist. The SP will be determined by lithium demand and not lines on graphs.
