Jako64, thank you for the information it is very appreciated. Just a catch up on the copy and pasting to Paint. I copy the image and it goes into Paint okay but find that I have to copy the text and put it into a word document then past that portion into Paint. Also when I go to print it only prints out miniscule in the corner of the page, I know there must be an easy was of resizing it so it prints out as A4 but??????????? Sorry for all the questions.
