    CHM issue is dead and buried, minimal payout

    OP&R has everything to do with the shareprice. I believe Barnett is talking to the Chinese and that is what the market is concerned about, the uncertainty.

    Investors have to interpret what he means by moderate restructuring and invest on their intuition. I have bought back in
