@Dabble010 I agree 100% with you, this register is tightly held now and I think other instos don't want to touch this because of the large ownership Delphi has on this stock.
Delphi have had sufficient time on this register to show how strong a hand they have? I think price of where we are at despite gold tanking seems to suggest that at close to 40% of the register they have not been able to impact the SP positively.
