i wouldn't hold my breath as Delphi have the ability to buy more in a month. I don't believe an insto with the ability to buy another 3% will be to keen on this running hard and fast untill they get their fill. It will be a matter of wait and see this space. If Delphi buy and add in early April then we may get an opportunity to move a fair way higher. Just my thoughts!!!
