I did little research on our major investor. Delphi. They are quite huge, with approx. 5 or more of the biggest investment funds in the world invested in them.
WMX is a small percentage of holding of course in Delphi portfolio.
Couple this with Franklin Resources (Templeton) holding and you have a huge percentage of BIG value investors owning this.
Has there been a change in major shareholders. NO.
As far as WMX debt with these major shareholders, a done deal. $40 mil. coming and no cap raising.
You have to start realising who is investing in this company.
Also the fed has to tamper with the yield curve soon. Good for gold.
Do not worry be happy, as tech investors may want somewhere to go.
