    The chart is looking great! Ignoring fundamentals and assumptions, what are people's thoughts?

    Monthly RSI is still overbought but that's ok. We're nearing the end of the pennant, if we break to the upside we could flagpole to the 10c region. Anything above 6c is pretty much-unchartered territory as far as VAP is concerned so god knows what will happen. If commissioning is a disaster, we could fill the 4.5c gap and the pattern will still be intact.
