I have never heard of an inverted cup and handle but I see where you are getting at, I see it more like an " island top " that has broken down, one bit of advice, if a pattern is not clear, dont go finding one, you dont want confirmation bias.

Learn all your important candles, learn elliott wave and know the obvious patterns, head and shoulder, reverse head and shoulder, descending triangle, ascending triangle, cup and handle, more importantly know your support and resistance lines too, then combine the lot, its a lot of work, but when it sinks in and works............better than sex lol.
