I think the market has priced in the Japanese Patents only so far.
It would be very disappointing of course if it was refused, but I'm sure Archer is doing in it's upmost to get all of them granted. They are going through Patent lawyers and not sure what other options are available to them if it was finally denied by examiner but rejected by applicant. I would high doubt it would be denied but anything is possible I guess. The more Patent protections the better, but they can still sell in that country, just others once they work it out would be able to sell the same or similar thing and Archer looses market share. USA is a big market so here's hoping it comes through ok for them
