    any explanation why the price hasnt gone back up to 1.60 - if it purely feel on the back of the takeover news and the potential dilution? Now its clear there is no dilution, its clear TAB is keen to work with BET for expansion and there are potential rumblings of a takeover offer (which would have to be in excess of the current SP).

    yet it languishes at 1.07!!

    Completely confused!
