    How do you think Tripp gets the deal done with Tabcorp? Is it going to be a merger or are they going to bid for it outright?

    assuming the use stock and equity and you value Tab at $3.5 b, you are very roughly trebling the number of share on value. A $4 share price gives you a $12b market cap.

    How realistic is this?
