Interesting statement. I hope this was only a comment at the end of the session to appease TAC members.
"Knowing mineral rights are important, we paid more for our property," said Richard Boyer, owner of one of the ranches where drilling is proposed. "Now, because of special interest groups, our mineral rights may be taken away without compensation."
I wonder if Mr. Boyer will legally be able to fight for compensation for recoveries of the payment for mineral rights from TAC if the board votes against BLR?
Surely legally and economically the vote must be in favour of BLR, after all State and Federal grants have been received.
Hoping the board are responsible and ethical members.
