...he's just using the adolph Hitler handbook to power...divide and conquer..( luckily he hadn't read up on Pol Pot )pick on a minority group to create racial hatred...couldnt pick on on the jews as theyve become too powerful, although he reserves the right to do that at a later date and definitely will if given the time.
