just an update on all the so called CRIMINALS ... for what it is worth, but entering america without papers (ie undocumented) is a civil offence .. not a criminal offence
probably the same for australia .. when all those boaty arrivals, with no papers .. they were not charged as criminals (and sent to jail) - but were sent to detention camps and then off to offshore processing blah blah
