Epp patients continue treatment year on year in over 90% of cases, often ceasing only due to logistics and desire to become pregnant. Some Swiss patients have been treated continuously for 15 years or so. Most patients on Ozempic cease within a few months or longer, but within 2 years. Novo Nordisk is worth 1000 times more than Clinuvel and growing despite new competition drugs being approved ( including possibly melanocortins setmelanotide and bremelanotide). The fake tan and sunbed market worldwide is worth billions. The safe tan ( anti-aging, melanoma and non melanoma skin cancer prevention) is worth many billions.
