Me too, TA. I hold both (large quantities) and so I'm interested from the point of view of both predator and the prey.
I think PDN will need to up the ante a LOT before tempting a majority of SMM shareholders into handing over their stashes.
Interesting to sit on the sideline and just watch the insults flying, lawyers' letters, rebuffs, accusations, denials, etc etc.
Once the dust settles, then we'll REALLY see just how desperate Paladin is to get hold of Summit. The reason behind it really doesn't matter, does it?
