    I strongly suggest everyone read the Prospectus carefully.

    It says The Tafmo offer is fully underwritten

    It says Intellect will hold 16 Million shares in Tafmo

    I suggest people look at RAC [ REINSURANCE AUST ] and see what has been done by GPG

    I would say Holding Shares in Intellect is high risk with possible rewards.
