Mate...they are like Telstra they've had a monopoly for many years and management have become complacent and dont have any saavy at all..the moneys come too easily in the past.
I posted more or less this same post about six months ago or more, obviously management dont even bother to read whats posted on the net.
If i was a large SH id be contacting them and saying what the )$&@ is going on with this?
