All have deep pockets.

All three have reportedly said they are interested in acquisitions and trade sales of businesses such as TAHs.

Flutter Entertainment (Paddy Power) would probably have to stump up more because of the execution risk IMHO.

I think $5.78 is probably the least it is worth if the article is to be believed IMHO.
