I invest to make money and you should try it.
If you just want to read text books and be perfect in that you make money on only the companies that have a text book business model then you won't get very far.
There is no such thing as a perfect or great business model. A good business model is not going to be good forever. Competition, new technology, soverign risk and changes in consumer tastes means a business model is only good in a moment of time.
That moment in time is maybe a few years or even only a few months. And that's what I mean by hopping on and then off in the hope of making money.
