There will be no demerger.
TAH management apparently met with Entain and Apollo last week.
No doubt to advise them of their decision to "push forward with the demerger".
And London to a Brick there was a wink wink wink nudge nudge mention that a higher bid from either of them would be seriously considered.
Just my opinion, but I would bet one of them will submit a higher offer, and it won't be too far away.
