    p.s. you may want to read the latest Tahltan winter newsletter update. Based on the new processes the Tahltan council is gearing up, I would move my guess on any disposition of the BSP to summer 2017. Doesn't sound like they have even started negotiations on any impact benefit agreements, never mind BSP issues.
