Maybe you could rebut his points instead of calling him a 'looser' (Sic)? Defamation threats in response to critical company analysis , rather than responding by putting forward the facts and letting the market decide, should never be supported or encouraged. Hearing only one side of the story or one interpretation makes people feel good, but doesn't make people smarter.
